Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience Offerings. The ideal candidate will work from home during day shifts providing exceptional customer service and enhancing customer experiences. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

  • Enhance customer experiences by implementing best practices and innovative solutions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery

  • Utilize technical skills to manage customer interactions efficiently and effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products and services

  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service

  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a seamless service experience

  • Provide support in the development of customer service training materials

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in customer service management

  • Demonstrate expertise in customer experience offerings

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak)

  • Show proficiency in managing customer interactions and resolving issues

  • Have a deep understanding of customer service best practices

  • Display the ability to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
