Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive - L&P with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and domain experience in Annuities Claim Management Annuities Agency Management Agency Management and Life and Annuities Insurance. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Manage and process annuities claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the annuities agency management processes to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Provide support in agency management to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Utilize MS Office tools to create reports analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of life and annuities insurance processes.
Implement best practices in annuities claim management to enhance service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate agency performance to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all processes.
Conduct regular audits of annuities claims and agency management processes to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide training and support to team members on MS Office tools and domain-specific processes.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Must have strong proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Must have extensive experience in Annuities Claim Management and Annuities Agency Management.
Must have a solid understanding of Agency Management and Life and Annuities Insurance.

Certifications Required
