DESCRIPTION:Responsible for training and scheduling swim staff, developing and delivering swim lesson schedule for four sessions throughout the year.Working with the RH Facilities Department to ensure the pool is safe and compliant with Monroe County codes. Also responsible for meetingwith the Monroe County Health Department for quarterly and yearly inspections.(8-10 hours per week)SALARY:$25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on related experience, no benefits.QUALIFICATIONS:Pool management experience required plusLifeguardandWater Safety Instructorcertification. Lifeguard TrainerandWater Safety Instructor Trainerpreferred, or willing to obtain.
