Flexible Part-Time Schedule:Work 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Client Funds:Oversee client assets and income in accordance with legal directives, ensuring accurate and detailed account management.
Handle Liabilities:Track and process payments for bills and other expenses using approved banking accounts and databases.
Financial Reporting:Prepare and review financial information for initial, annual, and final accounts reporting, including filing annual tax returns and managing back taxes.
Provide Financial Services:Offer individualized financial services as needed, such as reverse mortgages, investment management, or property sales.
Report Progress:Submit detailed progress reports to the Department of Social Services and/or Guardianship Court as required.
What You Need to Succeed:
Educational Background:High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an accounting/business certificate with significant experience preferred.
Experience:At least one year of experience in an accounting role.
Skills:Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work effectively with social service professionals and other stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, calendar, email, and database software.
Transportation:Access to a car and a valid Driver’s License.
