For our office in Helsinki, Finland, we are looking for a new Student Worker for Regulatory Affairs to join us from October 15, 2024 on a one year contract. This is a perfect role for you who are studying within life science and want to explore how the pharma industry work – or how you can make a career in pharma.

You will be working out of the Helsinki office in average one day a week with flexible working days and hours primarily between 8-17. We are looking for an average on 15 hours per week with flexibility to suit your study commitments. We will offer you home office equipment to fit your work flexibility.

Joining our Nordic Regulatory Affairs team, you will be supporting mainly the Regulatory Life-Cycle team of 9 people across Nordics. As a student worker you will have a great opportunity to collaborate across Takeda, and your will have a student worker to partner with in Denmark.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Database support, archiving support, tasks around Product Information (for example product information reviews and comparisons and parallel import sample reviews), and other supportive Regulatory tasks. Support in unplanned activities requiring extra hands in our team.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

  • Studying with life science eg. pharmacy, biomedicine, biochemistry, biology

  • You are in the middle of your studies

  • Good analytics, data and electronic system skills

  • Ability to work independently, structured and detail oriented

  • Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English (writing and speaking)
