The Chief Legal Counsel position is responsible for directing legal work for OPI, including agency legal support, contracts, licensure, rulemaking, litigation, legal advice to the Superintendent, and other tasks as assigned. This is a personal exempt staff position according 2-18-104, MCA and serves at the pleasure of the Superintendent.
