Sie werden als Payroll Specialist/Expert im Rahmen einer Shared Service Organisation für die selbständige Erstellung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für einen eigenständigen Mitarbeiterkreis zuständig sein sowie für die ordnungsgemäße Zeiterfassung. Sie stehen als kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen der Entgeltabrechnung für die innerbetrieblichen Abteilungen sowie für die Mitarbeitenden und den Betriebsrat zur Verfügung.

Sie sind in die HR-Organisation integriert und wirken aktiv bei der Umsetzung der HR-Strategien mit. Des Weiteren arbeiten Sie als Teil des Shared-Service-Teams an der ständigen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen im Rahmen der Entgeltabrechnung.

Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Erstellung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnungen für einen eigenständigen Mitarbeiterkreis (Aktive Mitarbeiter und Betriebsrentner) über SAP

• Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Zeiterfassung über SAP

• Stammdatenpflege in einem webbasierten HR-Informationssystem (Workday) sowie in SAP

• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Spezialfällen der Entgeltabrechnung (u.a. Pfändungen, Altersteilzeit)

• Erstellung von Statistiken (intern und extern) und Bescheinigungen

• Kommunikation mit Behörden und öffentlichen Stellen (z.B. Krankenkassen, Finanzamt, Arbeitsagentur)

• Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in allen Fragen der Entgeltabrechnung

• Unterstützung des HR-Teams vor Ort

• Teilnahme an Projekten

Ihre Ausbildung/Erfahrung:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung mittels SAP HCM und SAP Key User

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht

• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Excel)

• Erfahrung mit dem Tarifvertrag für Beschäftigte der Metall- und Elektroindustrie

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Hohe Dienstleistungs- und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

• Selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
