As Front Office Supervisor (m/f/d) you are indispensable for an unforgettable guest experience. The first impression counts & the first impression is you! Become part of our front office team and create moments together with your team that will remain unforgettable for our guests.

Your most important tasks will include:

  • Check-in and check-out of our international guests.

  • You are the contact person for our guests and advise them in all matters.

  • Together with your team you will contribute to the achievement of the department's goals through upsells and enrollments.

  • You always keep a cool head & support in complaint management.

  • You independently manage shifts & assist with rostering.

  • Processing credit limit report as well as accounting compliance for invoices.

  • Assist with training and development of front office staff and trainees.

Be Able.

  • Completed training in the hotel industry or relevant professional experience at the front office.

  • Very good knowledge of German and English.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Opera knowledge is a plus.

  • You are a team player and your heart beats for the hotel industry.
