Totem Enterprises Inc Wait Staff in Healy, Alaska
Members of our waitstaff are year-round employees. Housing is available. Greet customers, write up their food orders, deliver food order ticket to the cook in the kitchen. Fill drink orders, set up customer needs at table, deliver the food. Buss the table (unless the summer dishwasher does it), Wash the dishes (unless the summer dishwasher does it). Clean tables, bathrooms, vacuum carpet as needed and especially at end of shift. Roll silverware and prepare for next day as needed and especially at end of shift. Shift is Noon-close (9 pm) and then cleanup/side work to prepare for next day opening usually till 10 pm
