Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst to drive system improvements, support ERP transitions, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to optimize JDE E1 and MES systems.
Support the transition from JDE E1 to a global SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Analyze and document business requirements for system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
Develop and implement business process improvements to streamline operations.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee system integration projects.
Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in manufacturing environments.
Experience with JDE E1, MES, and ERP transition projects (SAP S/4HANA a plus).
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
