Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Employee Development Specialist to support the Advanced Composites Center (ACC) in Hazelwood, MO! The Aerospace Composites Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeing’s Fighter Programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources

• Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements

• Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods

• Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area

• Deploys development tools and monitors implementation

• Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in an Employee Development or Training role

• 5+ years of experience working in or supporting an aircraft manufacturing environment

• Experience with Microsoft office suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of Quality experience

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Experience establishing site specific training programs

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $90,100- $95,400
