Reference #: 4470092 THE POSITION The Risk Management Office at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is currently looking for a dedicated and meticulous individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team as a Management Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for handling data requests from various law enforcement agencies, conducting analysis on driver and vehicle information, and providing administrative support to both internal and external customers. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The primary purpose of this position is to fulfill requests from Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies for data requests, coordinate the data requests with law enforcement to get the information requested returned to them in a timely manner, review photos in facial recognition system for fraud, process state agency reports from the PA State Police, and analyze and report findings of potential identification fraud.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work which included the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management or program related information; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. An Associate's Degree may be substituted for two years of required experience. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
