DESCRIPTION OF WORK This job posting is for various Clerical Assistant 1 roles, where responsibilities may include receiving mail from the post office, sorting through mail, opening envelopes, scanning packages, and making daily trips for mail pickup and delivery. Additionally, tasks may involve logging into Enterprise Content Services to address document/check exceptions, analyzing images, resolving discrepancies, printing physical documents if needed, and preparing daily production reports for review by the supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
