Commercial Construction Plumbing Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Plumbing Foreman to join our team. This individual will oversee and participate in plumbing work on commercial job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and according to plan. Our designers and draftsmen will provide detailed prints for the foreman to execute efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plumbing projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final inspection and cleanup.

• Direct and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring each team member is trained and equipped to perform their job duties.

• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

• Stay current with industry developments and advancements in plumbing techniques and technology.

Essential Skills

• 10 years of commercial plumbing experience.

• 5 years of supervisory experience.

• Thorough knowledge of plumbing theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.

• Experience with hot water systems, setting fixtures, and drain cleaning.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with boilers and pipefitting is a plus.

• No specific education required, but 4+ years of experience (preferably commercial) is necessary.

• Residential candidates willing to switch to commercial will be considered.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $72800.00
