Job Description

We are currently seeking Packers to join our team in an assembly style production facility. The primary responsibilities include packing products to fulfill orders, operating conveyers, catching finished products, sealing bags, folding boxes, stacking boxes onto skids, and maintaining cleanliness. The role also involves periodic comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing duties. Candidates must be prepared to stand for long periods and work in a team-oriented environment following strict safety and sanitation guidelines.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The facility is clean, climate-controlled in most areas but can reach higher temperatures near ovens. The environment is team-oriented, with a tight-knit culture. Strict dress code and hygiene standards are enforced to maintain food safety. Employees will receive company-provided lockers for personal items and steel toe shoes, and are expected to adhere to no-cellphone and no-visitor policies during work hours. Paid breaks are provided.
