The Performance Group Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance in Hanover, Pennsylvania
*Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance - Direct Hire Position *
Various Shift:
- Monday-Thursday 6:00 PM - 6AM with overtime as required
- Sunday - Wednesday 5:40PM - 5:55AM with overtime as required
Pay Rate:
- $30 + DOE and Shift
*Incentives: *
- $5K sign on bonus payable as $2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 at 12 months
- Offer 1 week vacation and 40 hours of Flex PTO from Day 1. No accrual 1st year
*General Responsibilities: *
- Troubleshots and repairs manufacturing equipment: motor controls, DC/AC drives and controls, frying and baking equipment, sheeters, extruders, temperature insrtrumentation, burner systems and controls, packaging machine electronic scales, programmable logic controllers, etc
- Coordinates and completes installation and wiring of manufacturing equipment such as pumps, fans, blowers and relay panels, etc
- Troubleshoots and repairs various types of lighting
- Independently installs conduit, EMT, and Sealite to all equipment
- Prepare, coordinates, and implements preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Requires knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical and electronic application acquired through a minimum of five years of experience
- Packaging machine experience preferred
- Must be able to read electrical prints and schematics
- Must be able to distinguish colors
- *Must have Manufacturing EM Maintenance experience *
- Must be able to lift objects up to 100 lbs. and work at heights up to 30 feet
