Reference #: 5001043100900 Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Dedicated Fleet Coordinator.As the Dedicated Fleet Relationship Coordinator at Utz Brands, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our dedicated fleet operations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with fleet partners, ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of our products from production facilities to distribution centers and customers. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, and operational coordination skills to drive success. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet partner, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with fleet partner to optimize transportation routes, schedules, and performance metrics. Provide top tier customer service & communication to our DSD partners Responsible for tracking all freight through the delivery process. Accountable for all service KPI's: on time pickup, on time delivery, cost per hundred weight, cost per mile, etc Evaluate shipments, consolidate loads, and select most cost-effective method of delivery. Fleet Partner Relationship Management Manage the primary activities of the deployment and delivery cycle including, planning (load building and mode/carrier selection), execution (tendering, track trace and scheduling), and reporting (performance to budget, compliance). Lead weekly/bi-weekly carrier performance calls Job Requirements Self-starter who thrives working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environment. Creative and innovative thinker with proven ability to drive results. Proven organizational and priority setting skills Analytical, business process and problem-solving experience. Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Transportation Management System (TMS) experience strongly preferred.
