Location: Hanover, MN Wage: Starting at $19/hour Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the production technician: Health insurance and dental insurance after 60 days Earned PTO 9 paid holidays 401k with company match Duties of the production technician: Cut material and assemble precut kits to build plugs on aluminum mandrels. Follow written manufacturing instructions. Utilize hand tools, including scissors, stitchers, and rollers. Requirements of the production technician: Adherence to all company safety rules and policies. Ability to read drawings and written instructions. Proficiency in reading a tape measure and using hand tools, including company-supplied specialty tools. Loading and unloading autoclave. Work to meet company standards for quality and quantity.
