We are seeking an experienced
Program Managerto join the Vibrint team for a future funded role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a complex, task order centric program across multiple places of performance. This role involves collaborating with researchers, engineers, internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve program efficiencies and objectives.
Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage PMO team and serve as Vibrint's point of contact with the government.
- Define program objectives, project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work with the PMO team to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment toward program goals.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Track program performance, analyzing data to measure progress, and reporting on status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate regular program status meetings, prepare detailed status reports, and present updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure program adherence to established standards, policies, and best practices.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all program-related matters, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving conflicts.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience as program or project manager managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Shall have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, and programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Clarity IQ, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management REQUIRED.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
