The Leidos National Security Sector currently has an opening for a Intelligence Quality Management Report Specialist at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) VA. This position is part of a large Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission.

Applicants will provide Quality Management support and guidance to senior leaders in evaluating AF DCGS analytical products. The applicant will engage with subordinate units to evaluate the quality of intelligence products based on Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Community Directives (ICD 203, 206, 208, 501), and author constructive feedback to product writers.These evaluationswill be used to identify and communicate significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, and gaps of analytic tradecraft within the 480th ISR Wing. Additionally, the applicant will compilemetrics, present findings, and offer recommendations for improvements to the client. The applicant will also be involved in training development to improve analytic writing across AF DCGS.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience . Additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Completion certificate from a DoD or IC specialized career field.

• Must possess a diverse background in USAF intelligence operations and reporting and have extensive knowledge of mission functions within AF DCGS.

• Familiarity with multiple manned and unmanned ISR platform and sensor operating parameters, AF DCGS TTPs, and applicable DoD and IC directives

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence and AF DCGS reporting and operations.

• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Capable of critical thinking at the operational, theater and strategic levels.

• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications but specifically MS EXCEL, One Note, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Current Top Secret SCI Security Clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
