Alabama State Job Bank Consumer Support Worker - Hamilton Children's - Full Time in Hamilton, Alabama
Provide Level III tasks as assigned. Maintain face-to-face contact with clients at least quarterly. Provide appropriate billable services as indicated on the current treatment plan. Verify compliance with MD/CRNP appointments. Verify medication compliance. Evaluate clients for an increase in symptoms and stressors. Recommend referrals to appropriate programs/staff. Maintain Level III client files and documents. Prepare outpatient client information for MD/CRNP. Provide backup for the front desk as requested, and perform other duties as assigned. Paid job training is provided.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma/GED (or transcripts) from a state-accredited school /source; experience working with children is preferred.
- A current/valid non-expired driver's license. This position requires driving; you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Starting Pay Rate: $10.00
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. w/lunch, Driver Required
