Veterinary Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and support to both pet owners and the team.

Full and part time positions available.

Duties:

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

• Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar

• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally

• Assist in processing payments and handling financial transactions

• Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical histories

• Coordinate communication between pet owners and the veterinary team

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with pet owners

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work well under pressure

• Great team player
