D-Skilled Staffing is seeking an experienced Turret Punch Press Operator
SET-UP AND PRESS BRAKE FOR PRODUCTION OPERATORS CREATE PROGRAMS AT CONTROLLER TO FORM METAL PARTS USE BLUEPRINTS TO PULL PUNCH AND DIES TO FROM PARTS INSURE THAT ALL SAFETY CRITERIA IS MET USE CALIPERS AND HEIGHT GAGES TO INSPECT PARTS * WORK WITH SUPERVISORES TO ASSIST WITH SCHEDULING OF JOBS *TROUBLE SHOOT PROBLEMS THAT OCCURE WHILE RUNNIG RUN TIMES * COORDINATE WITH OPERATORS TO MAXIMIZE MACHINE TIMES * OPERATE AND RUN PRODUCTION QUANTITIES OF SHEET METAL PARTS
Qualifications:
- 2 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE SETTING UP CNC BRAKE PRESSS. MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH RUNNING MATERIALS SUCH AS STEEL, GALVANIZED, STEEL, ALUMINUM, AND STAINLESS STEEL MUST BE PROFICIENT AT PICKING TOOLING TO FORM PARTS MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND BLUEPRINTS MUST KNOW HOW TO USE MEASURING TOOLS SUCH AS CALIPERS, MICROMETERS, ADN HEIGHT GAGES.
