IBM Business Analyst (SAP SD Functional) in Halifax, Nova Scotia

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

This opportunity is for an individual who assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAPs Sales and Distribution module. Uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively manage of sales and customer distribution data and processes in organizations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Candidate will work as Business Analyst in Analytics Team with SAP SD Functional expertise.

  • Working in SAP ECC, BW and BOBJ systems.

  • Perform SAP SD Functional work related to writing Functional Design documents, Script writing, and execution.

  • Work with Technical and Cross functional teams.

  • Test project in multiple SAP systems.

  • Ability to run scripts in HPQC.

  • Work across complete Order to cash cycle including Order Management, Delivery processing, Invoicing, Accounting. Good to have BW BOBJ experience.

  • Implement SAP projects utilizing Sales and Distribution Domain knowledge, SAP Sales and Distribution ECC 6.0 Module.

  • Ability to independently create and modify data including Contracts, Pricing, Master data for Gap analysis, script testing and defect testing.

  • Obtain requirement from Business and IT teams daily, and Offshore teams. Candidate should be self-driven and motivated to drive projects by oneself without much help.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4 to 6 Years of SAP functional experience specializing in design andconfiguration of SAP SD modules

  • Good working knowledge of the Activate implementation methodology of SAP.

  • Candidate will work as Business Analyst in Analytics Team with SAP SD Functional expertise.

  • Working in SAP ECC, BW and BOBJ systems.

  • Perform SAP SD Functional work related to writing Functional Design documents, Script writing, and execution.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4 to 6 Years of SAP functional experience specializing in design andconfiguration of SAP SD modules
