The team you will be a part of:

The Finance Operations team reviews, evaluates, develops, implements, maintains and verifies internal and business controls for processes, systems, financial statements, journals and reports in compliance with corporate objectives and government standards such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or the 8th Company Law Directive. Ensures that documentation for all processes across the organization is reviewed and updated periodically. May coordinate with external auditors to prepare the attestation of management assessment on internal controls.

This role in summary:

  • Processing Parts and components requests received from consumer / Stores and certified servicers are processed & ensuring SLA’S & quality parameters are met accordingly.

  • Reports to : Deputy Manager

  • Flexible to work in shifts: Current shift is 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm IST

  • Work from office: All 5 days, Sat- Sun Off

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing requests within 24 hrs SLA with Quality

  • Processing Compensation claims for Inconvenience allowance

  • Managing KPI’s & SLA’a

  • Will be cross skilled on other areas within the consumer services area hence work profile can change as per business requirement

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of Back Office operations

  • Education: Graduation is required (any Bachelor's degree)

Preferred skills and experiences:

  • Non- Voice back-end transaction processing job

  • Good knowledge of excel/google sheet

  • Good typing speed

  • Good knowledge of SAP & CRM is preferable

  • Customer handling exposure

  • Command over English language (both verbal as well as written) since it may involve frequent interactions with US stakeholders

  • Business Acumen: The application of a broad understanding of the business, the external environment, and cross-functional dependencies that results in highly effective business solutions.
