The team you will be a part of

The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.

This role in summary

Initiation of new HR processes for the EMEA region with Stakeholders and payroll vendors by conducting knowledge-sharing and data-gathering sessions/meetings.

Develop comprehensive process maps based on information gathered from stakeholders and other relevant sources

Your responsibilities will include

Lead the creation and maintenance of payroll calendars for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, payment schedules and holidays.

Collaborate with regional teams to gather information on country-specific payment dates, tax regulations, and public holidays.

Conduct regular meetings to discuss and align on payment schedules, compliance, and any changes in regulations.

Minimum requirements

2+ years of experience into a Shared Services / Global setup looking after end to end payroll management.

Preferred skills and experiences

• Open for shift timings- 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (One Way Cab Service Provided)

• Thorough knowledge of HRMS / HRIS and Payroll exposure

• Analytical bent of mind with strong MS Excel skills
