Google Account Manager, Ad Sales in Gurugram, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in sales, advertising, account management, or marketing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading and managing multiple projects with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy, tactics, and products across all digital advertising product areas.

  • Knowledge of the local market.

  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations/action plans.

  • Excellent investigative skills.

As an Account Manager, you will work with advertisers to shape their business growth and grow long-term relationships. You will drive scalable product adoption and business growth. In this role, you will anticipate how decisions are made at the C-level. You will explore and uncover the business needs of customers and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You will set the goals and strategy for how their advertising can reach users.

  • Manage a portfolio of customers alongside account managers to consistently deliver against goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to customers.

  • Establish credibility with executives and act as a trusted consultant to optimize/expand their advertising investment, understand business drivers, identify opportunities for growth, manage risks, and create multi-quarter plans for sustainable business growth.

  • Drive business growth, long-term partnerships, business planning/strategy, review, and education for customers.

  • Drive customer growth and contribute to overall team success.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable customer growth.
