Primary Responsibilities:

• Transition Management, Program Management, resource estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc.

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Graduate

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Transition Management /Project Management

• 5 - 7 Years of good exposure in operations

• For internal Candidates - Exposure to transitions/Project Management as a participant/Participation in Delivery led Transition model

• Experience managing and being responsible for multiple portfolios

• People and stakeholder management experience

• Proven good collaboration and influencing skills

• Ability to work and execute in ambiguous/start-from-scratch environments

• Proven good communication skills are

• Exposure to responding/solving for transition requirements

• Change Management - Ability to drive and manage change at LoB Level

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP/ PgMP/CSM/Agile SaFE

• MBA

• Financial Certifications
