Job Description :

An SAP Enable Now coordinators will be responsible for running and maintaining the SAP Enable Now to ensure efficient management of training content.

End User Learning Support:

• Link and maintain all voyager training materials to the S/4HANA live environment so it can be accessed by end users.

• Test and upload Voyager learning content to My Learning Hub and My Learning Hub connect.

• Create end user learning plans in the LMS.

• Create and send training invites to end users.

• Track end user learning completion and report on outcomes.

Content Management:

• Build, upload, and coordinate training content, such as simulations, e-learning modules, and documentation.

• Run content libraries and ensure accurate version control.

• Ensure content localization and translation for global deployment.

• Monitor and run the content lifecycle from creation to archiving.

User Support and Training:

• Provide support to Voyager content creators and trainers, helping them with the SAP Enable Now tools and functionalities.

• Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support.

• Solve and resolve user issues and technical problems.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate and analyse reports on training content usage, user engagement, and efficiency.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with domain experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and other collaborators to capture requirements and feedback.

• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of the SAP Enable Now platform.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects related to training and development initiatives.

Documentation and Communication:

• Communicate updates, changes, and new features to users and stakeholders.

• Create and distribute user guides, FAQs, and other support materials.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure that the system and content align with interpersonal security policies and industry regulations.

• Implement data protection measures and manage user data privacy.

Candidate Requisites:

• 4-7 years experience in Learning Operations wit MNC/Global environment

• Exposure working in SAP preferred
