Mississippi Employer GROUNDSKEEPER FULL TIME in Gulfport, Mississippi
::: {title=""} ::: {contenteditable="false"} Responsible for performing landscaping and grounds maintenance including but not limited to mowing, pruning, planting, edging, cutting, and chemical applications, ensuring a clean, neat and orderly appearance of all properties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) to two (2) years' experience in building and grounds maintenance.
Must have a valid Mississippi driver's license with a clean driving record to meet driver eligibility requirements of Scarlet Pearl Casino's insurance policy.
Must be able to safely and effectively operate lawn mowers, weed trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, power trimmers, and other equipment, chemicals, and supplies used in lawn and grounds maintenance.
Must be able to perform duties in direct exposure to the weather which may include periods of extreme heat, cold, or inclement weather.
Must be able to walk, stand, lift, carry, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout shift.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications ::: :::
