岗位职责：

1、负责员工入离职办理

2、负责派遣员工薪酬计算

3、人力资源各类统计报表提交，协助管理考勤

4、跟进人事供应商的费用流程

5、管理员工健康档案及病假/工伤管理

6、协助人力资源活动

任职要求：

1、2年以上相关工作经验；

2、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理、心理学等专业优先；

3、能熟练操作Excel、Word等办公软件，擅长Excel数据、公式运用；

4、有接触过SAP HCM或SAP SUCCESSFACTORS；

5、通过英语四级，拥有良好的英语读写能力；

6、遵守公司规章制度，严守公司机密，服从组织安排。
