Description and Requirements
岗位 描述：
1.基于视频会议场景，主导人物检测、跟踪、识别相关算法研究，并推动落地；
2.深度掌握部分主干网络，能够针对业务需求完成网络优化；
3.结合业务场景和需求进行算法定制，提升算法模型可靠性；
4.跟进前沿计算机视觉(CV)论文，推动复现、落地。
背景 要求：
1.计算机、人工智能、数学、统计、光学、图像、信息处理、模式识别等相关专业；
2.对图像检测、跟踪、识别算法具有扎实的理论基础；
3.了解深度学习RNN/CNN的基本网络原理；
4.对图像处理、计算机视觉(CV)前沿热点了解、熟悉者优先考虑；
5.具有扎实的软件开发基础，熟练掌握python或C++编程语言。
