Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and industry events. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication with all candidates. Employer Branding: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employer branding efforts and promote Travere Therapeutics as top employer of choice. Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Project Management: Lead and manage recruitment-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and special initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition function. Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience will be considered. 5-7 years of relevant in-house recruitment experience, preferably within pharmaceutical industry. Workday Experience highly preferred, or comparable HRIS. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel 10-30% domestic and internationally. All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego. No role is expected to be 100% remote.
