Ohio State Job Bank Business Systems Analyst II in Grove City, Ohio

Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: AZ, NC, SC, MA, GA, TX, OH This position is responsible for providing advanced business and systems analysis. Responsibilities include leading all aspects of system requirements documentation, analysis and testing for enhancements and projects. The candidate will also perform day-to-day technical and operational support and serves as a liaison between Wealth business units, IT teams and vendors. The candidate will ensure that developed solutions support Wealth objectives through analysis and reporting and may occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group. Responsibilities System Requirements - Elicits and documents testable and traceable system requirements which often includes data mapping and documentation of data flows. Communicates with developers, business stakeholders, project managers and other IT teams for understanding and updates. Ensures compliance with team process/procedures and bank standards. Data Analysis - Writes SQL scripts to interpret and analyze data for accuracy and completeness. Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, discrepancies, and areas of improvement. System Support - Provides daily technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as an analytics resource to Wealth business unit Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support Preferred Skills Writing and executing SQL code for analysis and testing Use of Jira and Confluence Experience with Control M for understanding of job execution and dependencies Critical and analytical thinking Detail-oriented and thorough Self-starter Adherence to process and methodology requirements Effective communication and interpersonal skills Effective organization and time management Benefits are an integral part of total rewards and First Citizens Bank is committed to providing a competitive, thoughtfully designed and quality benefits program to meet the needs of our associates.
