Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ETL Support lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Scheduling Basics External Scheduler PL/SQL Data WareHousing Concepts Informatica Scheduler ETL SQL Data Integration Informatica PowerCenter and Unix Shell Scripting. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with rotational shifts. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and other ETL tools. Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehousing solutions to ensure data integrity and performance. Provide expertise in PL/SQL and SQL for database management and optimization. Supporting already existing code base across various environments. Providing L2/L3 support of the applications and on call support on weekend as applicable. Informatica Oracle Unix Ensuring failures/ abends are handled and fixes applied. Working with team on defect fixes. Handshake of support with offshore. Implement and manage scheduling solutions using External Scheduler and Informatica Scheduler. Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for automation and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions. Ensure data quality and consistency across various data sources and systems. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and database queries. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and ETL. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Scheduling Basics External Scheduler PL/SQL Data WareHousing Concepts Informatica Scheduler ETL SQL Data Integration Informatica PowerCenter and Unix Shell Scripting. Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Must have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
