The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

Salary : up to $55,000

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Requirements:

  • Effective written and verbal communications: As the AM for Manheim Ohio, you will be interacting with dozens of people throughout the week. These will be client contacts/managers, client employees, client customers, Securitas Officers, Securitas Local Leadership, and Securitas GCA Leadership. It is imperative that an AM responds to all communication in a timely manner, and has the ability to clearly communicate Securitas programs to all parties.

  • A strong sense of ownership: As the AM for Manheim Ohio, the amount of operational control you will have is extensive. You are in charge of adequate staffing, payroll, reducing Unbilled Over Time, operational changes to better security procedures, promotional and disciplinary action, and the majority of client facing interactions.

  • Dedication of Time: The AM at Manheim Ohio has to be dedicated to the success of the site. This means that if there are operational weak points at the site, no matter the time or day, the AM should take it as a top priority and show up to site to fix the issue personally if delegation is not possible.

  • Strong sense of Leadership: The AM at Manheim Ohio commands a strong and diverse team of Securitas Officers and Supervisors, and strong leadership is necessary to keep the site on track and motivate officers. Every single officer should feel confident that the Account Manager has their back and serves as a support between Officers and Higher Level Leadership.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: The AM at Manheim Ohio should be an expert at all operational processes required for the site to run. You may need to jump in on a post to assist during busy times or light staffing.

  • Flexibility: The AM at Manheim Ohio is expected to be present during business hours, but schedule flexibility is recommended so all officers, on all shifts and all days, feel the presence and dedication of the AM. This will show both Securitas and the Client of your dedication to the success of your site as a whole.
