Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Scrum Master. This role will be aligned to Agile Delivery teams transitioning to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Masters job is to facilitate Agile team events & progress toward team goals, remove impediments to facilitate flow and coach to high performing teams. The SM is a key role within an Agile delivery team as it removes any impediments that obstruct a team's pursuit of its sprint goals and ultimately deliver a product that generates business value to the clients customers and associates.

For this role the client is able to offer an hourly rate from $35-$53/hr

Skills and Requirements

- 3-5 yrs. Scrum Master experience

- Agile Coaching experience

- SAFe certification preferred.

- Bachelors Degree

- SAFe SM or SP preferred. - Communication

- Facilitation

- Agile Coaching

- Neutrality & Obstacle Remover

- Guiding a team with influence (without authority), identification and removal of blockers, creating psychological safety and enabling team performance null
