Description We are offering an opportunity for a HR Recruiter to join our team in the Professional Services industry, based out of GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado, United States. The role involves managing hiring processes, conducting background checks, and utilizing various platforms such as Workday and Careerbuilder for recruitment. The position requires a strong understanding of corporate recruiting, documentation, and resolution of account issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization

• Conduct thorough background checks on potential candidates to ensure compliance

• Utilize platforms such as Workday and Careerbuilder to source, track, and manage candidates

• Document all stages of the hiring process accurately and efficiently

• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability

• Resolve account issues promptly and professionally

• Manage benefit functions and ensure proper administration

• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective hiring strategies

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and requirements

• Continually stay updated with industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment strategies. Requirements • Proficient in using Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes

• Ability to conduct comprehensive background checks

• Familiarity with benefit functions and processes

• Excellent documentation skills
