This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert, who, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work on a consist As a Financial Analyst II, you will analyze and maintain revenue, cost performance measurement baselines and variance analysis. Communicate revenue/cost trends and quantify for management attention /action. You will be responsible for the calculation of various incentive plans including the administration and execution of a specialized commissions software. You will be an active participate in evaluating current processes for improvement and maintaining compliance with internal controls. You will partner with the accounting team to assist with various reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes. Additionally, you will also be expected to building a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat other with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. As a Financial Analyst II, you will have an opportunity to assist in new initiatives, special projects and ad-hoc reporting. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support the budgeting and forecasting process. Minimum Requirements:This position requires the following educational and/or job experience: 3+ years of relevant job experience related to producing/analyzing/reviewing data analytics. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting Ability to prepare financial statements and explain results Proficient in MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications: Advanced degree or certif cation related to field. 5+ years of experience in financial accounting activities Banking or financial services experience Skills and Abilities:Below is a general list of desired skills and abilities; this is not an exhaustive list.
