JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: Setting up and running various machines for printing Supervise production employees with guidance, motivation, and support Monitor projects and oversee quality of work Work closely with management team regarding any issues with production Completing job plans and estimation processes to ensure that quoted prices align with production costs Prioritize, coordinate, and execute production schedules by using company database Organizing schedules for pre-press department including deliveries within bindery department Set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems Assist production staff and other equipment during peak demand times Work with customer service regarding due dates, as needed General Information: Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday Length: Temp to Hire Pay: \$24.00 + depending on experience Location: Appleton Job ID: 201006 If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to appleton@flexstaff.com.
