Insight Global HYBRID Incident Response/ Change Management Coordinator in Greenville, South Carolina

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an incident response/change management coordinator for one of our large manufacturing companies in the upstate. The mission of this job is to define and lead continuous improvements that improve our overall end-to-end operational performance for key business services. Candidates will be expected to work 2 days a week onsite between Monday - Thursday at the NA headquarters for the company. Strong candidates will have excellent communication skills in addition to the technical knowledge in order to be successful in the group.

The primary role of this is position will be problem management expertise. This is a procedural approach aimed at minimizing incidents arising from IT infrastructure operations. It includes:

Root Cause Identification: IT teams delve deep into incidents to find the underlying causes

Severity reduction: Documentation of existing issues and providing workarounds helps reduce the severity of incidents.

Continuous improvement: Problem management focuses on improving the quality and stability of IT services.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree

3-5 years of experience in IT Problem Management

Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)

Infrastructure knowledge of Cloud, Networks, Load Balancers, Servers, Firewalls

Experience with Observability, Monitoring & Alerting tools (eg Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana)

Heavy experience troubleshooting ITIL certification a plus null
