What You Will Be Doing

Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Greenville, SC, as our Egress/Aircrew Flight Equipment Production and Sustainment Completion Supervisor. In this role, you'll lead our team through impactful changes, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, schedule, and cost management. Your focus will be on continuous improvement in our F-16 ACES II/Martin Baker Production Build Process and Sustainment Maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities

-Lead and manage the F-16 ACES II/Martin Baker Production Build Process and Sustainment Maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and cost management standards.

-Foster strong customer relations with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and the System Program Office, maintaining rapport and confidence.

-Coordinate training efforts to enhance the technical proficiency of the workforce and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

-Develop and maintain a highly trained, qualified, and skilled team, instilling rigorous quality and production standards to maintain excellence.

-Strategically leverage the skills and expertise of team members, business unit leaders (BUIs), and industrial engineers (IEs) to maximize efficiency and productivity.

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, optimize productivity, and secure superior results in aerospace innovation and global security.

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.

Basic Qualifications:

- 8 years experience relative to aircraft Manufacturing, Maintenance, Modification, Repair, or Overhaul on Fighter Aircraft Egress systems/Air Crew Flight Equipment.

- Two-year degree or 6 years Leadership experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.

Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.

Experience interacting with internal/external customers.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills:

Recent fighter aircraft experience (F-16 preferred)

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college

Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.

Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.

Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.

Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7-level discipline skill level rating such as formal military training certificates or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated training credentials such manufacturer training credentials IAW DCMA 8210.1c

SAP experience is a plus.

Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.

Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. This has the potential to move to second shift.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
