Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Director of Sales Analytics and Business Development based at our Greenville , NC .
What you will do:
Develop and implement the group strategy for the Inside Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Analytics functions that will achieve targeted growth objectives.
Consider current industry strategies and data using that information to develop a process to disrupt the market and achieve target customer opportunities.
Strategize actionable insights versus reporting data in the information shared with the end goal of increasing sales for Major and Dealer accounts.
Account targeting strategies to be developed and implemented that will establishrelationships prospects and customers.
Align and collaborate with all Sales channels to develop a pipeline track and report results and manage AOP budget.
Execute Demand Planning function for Americas Sales.
Who you are:
Project Management Skill s: Excels at managing projects, from planning to execution, ensuring that sales, sales operations, and business development goals are met on time.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work well with cross-functional teams, both inside and outside the company, to make sure that any changes in processes meet our goals.
Analytical Aptitude : Effective at collecting and understanding sales data, to report on it quickly and help HYG make better decisions to improve our sales performance.
Strategic Alignment: Easily build relationships and collaborate effectively with sales leaders, marketing, and other teams to make sure our projects fit with our overall sales strategy.
Critical-Thinker : A proactive leader, adept at navigating complex landscapes, you autonomously drive initiatives, catalyzing growth by seizing opportunities, and overcoming obstacles with resilience and resourcefulness, setting the pace for success in your domain.
Effective Communicator : Skilled in verbal and written communication, adept at negotiation and interaction across diverse functions and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
What you will need:
BS degree
10 -15 years’ work experiencein related disciplines
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Experience in wholesale sales operations.
Sales and sales management expertise.
Full P&L responsibility.
Intimate knowledge of retail operations.
