Project Cost Control Manager – Cost Estimation & Forecasting

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Control Manager to lead cost estimation, forecasting, and benchmarking for global projects. As a Project Cost Control Manager , you will play a critical role in evaluating project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving financial efficiency across multiple business units. The Project Cost Control Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices in cost management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a standardized cost estimating and forecasting process as a Project Cost Control Manager .

• Build and maintain a comprehensive project cost database for analysis.

• Benchmark project costs against internal and external data to drive cost efficiency.

• Challenge cost estimates and provide expert financial guidance to senior leadership as a Project Cost Control Manager .

• Implement cost management methodologies to optimize budgeting and spending.

• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and project teams to enhance cost controls.

• Conduct project audits and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in project cost analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling as a Project Cost Control Manager .

• Strong expertise in project execution phases , including contracting, commissioning, and vendor management.

• Ability to manage and analyze large-scale project budgets across multiple industries.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making .

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Six Sigma, NPV methods, etc.) .

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
