Position Summary: Guides, coordinates, and supervises activities involved in the administration of day to day office operations to include preparing accounting reports, posting A/P, A/R, purchase orders, and various reports. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and completeness while providing administrative management and support in a wide variety of tasks for the company. What You'll Do: Supervise various activities of associates to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Manage purchasing activities and computer maintenance operations. Monitor and implement internal control procedures. May assist location management team with reports and data entry for productivity measurements. Oversee inventory control, annual physical inventories, and cycle counts. Oversee the preparation of accounting reports, purchase orders, and various reports. Help post accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed. Coordinate day end/month end/case reconciliation and manage general office reporting requirements. Partner with HR to coordinate human resource functions in the areas of recruiting, training, compensation, safety, workers' compensation, and EEO/AA. Supervise location payroll responsibilities including tracking, monitoring, approving, and auditing time. Help maintain the upkeep of new software programs, computer security, and computer training of associates. Provide personnel and/or support to other departments such as sales, customer service, accounts receivable, etc. as needed. Develop and maintain location filing systems. Provide collaboration on developing and maintaining procedures and processes to ensure the successful operation of the location(s). Demonstrate a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement. Personally provide customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service at all times. Comply and ensure others comply with all Company policies and procedures. Adhere to the Company's safety standards and enforce safety regulations. Provide safety orientation for new hires. Manage credit card machine operations. Assist other location(s) managers as needed. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree in relevant field preferred. 3-5 years of related experience Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Write reports, business and simple correspondence, and procedure manuals.
