Note: The pay rate for this job is $28 - $30 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Residential work

• Demo of old flooring

• Demo of concrete

• Demo in 3 rooms 

• Install new tile throughout the house 

• Remove base trim and replace 

• There is a floating floor that will be replaced

 Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience on residential Tile Setter

• Must have tools of the trade

• Must have verifiable work experience

• Must have reliable transportation
