JOB REQUIREMENTS: Cultural Orientation Coordinator Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay currently has a part-time 30 hour per week opening for a Cultural Orientation Coordinator in our Green Bay Office. While embracing the mission and vision of the Diocese of Green Bay, this position works as part of a team to provide cultural orientation education services to newly arrived refugees and immigrants in Northeast Wisconsin. Cultural orientation helps refugees understand American culture and beliefs and incorporates elements of American culture into their own culture, values, and beliefs. The cultural orientation coordinator provides intensive structured information sharing sessions and provides newly arrived refugees information about life in the United States/Wisconsin, and skills to help achieve self-sufficiency. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We would like to see someone with a bachelor\'s degree or experience in the field of human services, education, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a culturally diverse environment. Prior work/volunteer experience specifically working with refugees a plus. Must be fluent in English with other bilingual skills in Spanish, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Russian, Swahili, or Farsi preferred. Must also possess a valid driver\'s license, have a good driving record with at least two years of driving experience, and be willing to drive clients as needed.
