Job Summary The Provider Compensation Analyst will manage the physician compensation system and is responsible for physician compensation per contract and department compensation plans. Performs related analysis and serves as primary contact to physicians regarding all aspects of compensation and productivity. This position reports to the Director of Financial Operations. What you will do Manages and calculates physician compensation to contract. Includes bi-weekly pay, annual pay, short term disability pay, outside income, call pay and contracts with 3rd parties. Prepares month end journal entries as required. Responsible for calculating provider productivity and performing productivity analysis. Serves as primary contact for physicians regarding all aspects of compensation and productivity. Prepares annual survey submissions. Creates amortization tables for signing bonus\' and physician student loan forgiveness program income per contract to ensure proper realization of income. Prepares physician compensation budget for all specialties per contract, compensation plans in conjunction with budgeted productivity levels. Compiles all data for physician FTE tracking and reporting. Provides data to senior leadership to assist with contract negotiations. Responsible for ad hoc physician compensation analysis as requested from CFO. Works closely with IT Report Writers to ensure accuracy in monthly financial reports. Meets with all incoming physicians to review their compensation and method of pay. Education Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business, or related Field Required Experience Qualifications 3-5 years years of demonstrated experience working in finance, accounting, compensation, or related field Required Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills and behaviors Ability to prioritize work and meet changing demands Fosters teamwork through effective written and verbal communication Proficient with MicroSoft Office Suite especially Excel Strong problem-sovling skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations accounting systems Physical Demands Sit - Frequently Stand - Occasionally Walk - Occasionally Drive - Rarely Climb (Stairs/Ladders) -...
