THE SALVATION ARMY Lifeguard Morning Positions Available in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Morning Lifeguard, you will keep a watchful eye during open swim, group fitness classes, splash play and swim lessons taking place in our state of the art aquatics center. This position works 5:15 am - 9:00 am up to 18 hours/week with a pay rate of \$15.53/hour. You are eligible to earn an extra \$1.00 per hour by adding a Swim Instructor role to your position. KROC CENTER MISSION In keeping with the mission of the Wisconsin & Upper MI Division of The Salvation Army, The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center located in Green Bay, WI provides facilities, programs and services that strengthen, encourage, and enrich children, adults, and seniors through positive life-changing experiences. SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Lifeguard will assist with the implementation of programs, special events, and swim lessons. The Lifeguard will also monitor activities, observe and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect life and enforce regulations. The Lifeguard will also ensure they are positioned in accordance with the State of Wisconsin approved aquatic staffing plan. Position is also required to assist with general facility maintenance and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
