JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYOur Sustainability team is growing at Breakthrough! Joining Breakthrough means you will be part of a team making a real impact for our customers. The Director, Sustainability Solutions will manage pipeline to drive new revenue from sustainability solutions to existing Breakthrough clients. This role will be proactive in developing a deep understanding of Breakthrough\'s existing solutions and the competitive landscape to be able to effectively communicate our unique selling propositions. The Director is expected to lead client engagements and develop relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively drive opportunities in the pipeline. This role could work in Green Bay, WI at our Breakthrough office or from a home office within the US. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manages existing Breakthrough client relationships and external leads to mine sales pipeline While Sustainability Solutions will be the primary area of responsibility Director will also develop thorough understanding of Breakthrough\'s entire portfolio of client solutions Share client insights in creation of enterprise sustainability roadmap Establish and maintain productive relationships with key client accounts, client account managers and various other internal stakeholder to maintain activity levels and maintain robust pipeline of opportunities Develop and maintain understanding of Logistics and Sustainability markets to stay abreast of relevant changes in the landscape Attend training and development opportunities to expand industry knowledge base Live our values of High Performance, Caring Relationships, Strategic Foresight, and Entrepreneurial Spirit Find A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization Continuously learn and develop self professionally Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & procedures Perform other related duties as required and assigned Learn more about the work we are doing to provide innovative solutions to clients!
